Requirements: It is very important that you do not begin this spell until the day after the full moon and stop using it the day before the new moon if you are still doing it.
You will want to find you a white stick candle, preferably bees wax if available. A simple emergency candle will suffice. Also you will need a new ink pen preferably black, a sheet of white paper with no lines and a box of matches. Something to place the match in after you like the candle would be advised as well (like an ash tray).
This spell can be done in one setting, however, I recommend that you spend about 15 to 30 minutes per day over the course of 14 days
* PREPARE FOR THE SPELL AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH NIGHT
Using the techniques provided in Lesson Four: Meditation 101 you will want to find a quiet place to perform this spell and set the mood, charge your chakras and place a protective shield around your body (and work area if you have improved your visualization skills enough). Be sure to have the candle, matches, pen and paper set to your right side of your body (or left if you are left handed). It would be a good idea to sit facing a Southern direction since Fire is ruled from the south and this is a Fire Element Based spell.
* LIGHT THE CANDLE
Use a match with your right hand (or left if you are left handed) and strike it against the box. Light the candle and as you do, thank the fire for assisting you with your magic.
* WRITE DOWN YOUR REQUEST
You want to take the pen and write out your request at the top of the page. If you want to stop smoking, for instance, you can write "I want to quit smoking for the rest of my life."
* Fold the request - " Skip this step if you are doing it over several days."
Fold the paper in half and then fold it in half again.
