My objective for this place was always one of questioning and evaluating spiritual positions. I always felt like if you don't regularly assess the path that you're on that in a sense you are on no path at all...that you render it meaningless and it loses its power to awaken you and stengthen you.
My personal path had and has many twists and turns. At times its been rocky and rough terrain; at other times smooth and effortless. Lately my path has been rather like a mountain trail. When I assess it, I find that all of my spiritual curiosities have compiled together and into a mosaic of a personal and unique spiritual philosophy...I don't think that the world has too many distinct religions. Rather it has probably 1 religion for every human being that lives and breathes and partakes of the beautiful earth.
My path had led me to Buddhism years back and still is a major part of how I perceive and brave my way through this world but long ago, I studied occult books and paganism and I'm always rather amazed how it resurfaces when life gets more difficult than usual. Its as if it runs through my very veins and is present in every cell in my body. Its tattooed on the very heart of me and beats quietly in perfect unison with the rest of my spiritual beliefs.
It was a beautiful experience that after one of the more traumatic experiences of my life, that I could still feel safe and warm and taken care of in the action of casting a circle and doing a ritual. It was VERY natural even after not revisiting it for quite a while. I felt the love and protection of the mysterious masculine/feminine spirit of the Universe. It was nourishing. It was beautiful and very much alive. This entry has no other real purpose than to express my gratitude for this and hopefully inspire a sense of great power, comfort, and resiliance that your Pagan path is offering you.
And since I'm famous for questions.... When you order a custom piece I'll have questions for you. The most important thing to me is to understand your problem perfectly, so that everything I do directly addresses your situation. For example, let's say you order a money spell card. I might ask:
+ Are you employed? Are you hoping to get a new job? Are you actively searching, or just getting started?
+ Do you have a business? What kind? What's holding your company back?
+ Is there a specific need for money right now, like an unexpected expense?
+ What else have you tried?

DESIGNING AN ENCHANTMENT
The next part is tricky. I have to take all your answers-everything you want-and distill it down to a single, clear purpose. To get results, magic must be precise.
This happens to be a specialty of mine.
I will spend time in meditation on your spell before I name its purpose. I will whisper to my familiars. Together, we create a single, short purpose for which to enchant. I'll send this to you to make sure you approve. Most clients get surprised at this point, because the purpose speaks to them.

CASTING THE SPELL
Once we know what spell we're casting I set about designing it. This means choosing the right potions to mix in the paint, but far more important it means designing the sigil itself.
My artwork is designed around a key magical sigil. These designs aren't invented whole cloth. I draw on a lexicon of traditional magical symbols that have been used in many cases since the Middle Ages. These include traditional geomantic, astrological and alchemical sigils as well as early modern variants. I may also work in the names of spirits, spirits' personal sigils, or letters from the written purpose of your spell itself.
Each of these has to be woven together. Two, five or a dozen sigils and letters combine to make your unique symbol. I do this partly by consulting my familiars and partly through sheer artistry. I might sketch thirty or more sigils before finding the right one. When it's right, I know it immediately: it leaps off the page.
Then I start painting, and prepare the offerings for the enchantment ritual.
REAL MAGIC SPELLS
A real magic spell is something you FEEL when you look at it or handle it. It will have a noticeable effect, a certain energy radiating off of it. The pieces I make are not trinkets or dollar store charms. They are handmade vessels of magic.

A spouse who is married to an unbeliever also may be suffering for the sake of righteousness. Often these marriages are difficult and full of discord. In 1 Peter 3 men and women married to unbelievers are instructed how they may display their regenerated life in Christ to their unsaved spouse without constantly badgering them.
There are certain kinds of suffering that go along with an unequally yoked marriage. There is sometimes little fellowship between the couple, except on the superficial plane. The believing spouse keeps an aspect of their life separate from the unbeliever; there is no unity in such a marriage on the deepest level. The one relationship in your life that is to make two people one in every way has a huge gaping division in the middle of it. This is true suffering.
